[Mod] Slimes [GitHub] [slimes]

This is an experimental slime mod, slimes are little cute jumping cubes, just like minecraft ones.
You can change their size by setting SLIME_SIZE in init.lua

Behaviour details:
- They follow you
- They stay together in groups
- They don't hurt you
- They disappear if you walk more than 32 blocks away from them
- They do not disappear if there is a mese block near them
- They spawn on trees

What version are you using? Sounds like a compatibility thing.

No, they're too cuuute, they can't hurt you! They cannot emit light, that's not possible for entities.

I played yesterday a bit with your mod.
I came up with adding 2 new slimes: a ice and a lava slime.
The ice slimes are blue and spawn on water next to grass.
The lava slimes are red and spawn on lava next to stone.

Download

They do not have a specific use or a special drop, they just add a bit variety to the mod.
I do have some slime sounds (spawn and dead) I created for my Ludum Dare Game Living Tales: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-24/?action=preview&uid=10000 -> type slime to spawn a slime
Are you interested in using them for your mod?

It's always great to get some help, although I didn't work on this mod that much lately.
It's easiest if you just fork the repo on GitHub and send pull requests, I will propably merge them.

I use minetest 0.4.3-c55 and mesecons but the mod dont work
