Why won't it work for me? I've download it and, extracted it in my folder. It just won't make it flat -.-

Who said this created a flat map? This creates a void map (only air), not a flat map.

I put some code in there ro make it flat... You have to set in minetest.conf:

mapgen_disabled = true
mapgen_flat = true
