This mod adds just that- candles. Although their textures are relatively bad, they are functional.
In version 2 I changed the recipes from using paper to papyrus because it is cheaper.

Adds basic candles (top), fat candles (one below top),teacandles (second from bottom), candelabras (bottom), and chandeliers (the sides)
