You must upload your map to a sute like http://ompldr.org . We cannot access files directly from your computer.
Edit: And please zip and upload the entire folder; not just the .sqlite file.

and for a bonus im learning BASIC programing language.sunrisetest doesn't exist anymore so im planning to replace the server
