Windows:
If you mean installing it, unzip it somewhere - not C:\Program Files. Once you've unzipped it, go to the bin folder and double-click minetest.exe.
Debian-based linux distro:
Open the terminal and run
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
