I'm the TailsTMM of minetest, in other words, i rock.

OBS Studio don't work too?
or just try with linux (or puppy linux) that OS is better than OSX or Windows, in really, isn't so laggy and buggy!

Kazam on Linux. That's what I use, every other screenrecorder was excruciatingly slow for games

I use OBS Studio on Fedora Linux, works like a charm.
Of course if your on a slower system you'll have to turn down the settings down quite a bit.
