Yes; download them then put them in the "worlds" folder.

Find your "worlds" folder, installed system-wide it's in ~/.minetest/worlds. Inside is a folder for each world, just zip or tar that folder and anyone else can use it. You can put someone elses world folder in yours and it will show up in the menu.
