You have to upload the image on a website, such as imgur.

I tried to download it but the website was in a different language so i didn't understand how to download it.

This is a Czech language. Click on "Stáhnout." It will open a window. In this window copy the text from picture in middle part of the window (there are some red crosses) and again click on "Stáhnout."
