FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I am thinking of making a cops and robbers map like Captain Sparklez and SkydoesMinecraft play.
it would be really awesome. I need to know how to put it up here though.

Pack the world folder(NOT your complete minetest folder) into a .zip file and upload it to a service like Mediafire or Dropbox

But when you pack up the world folder, be sure you exclude auth.txt (which contains usernames, password hashes, and users' privilege settings).

Like with my 'Dungeons Galore' map?

This would apply to any world you want to upload and distribute, unless you actually *need* to include auth.txt (e.g. if you have a pre-set user account that the downloader is expected to use).

I might do it in the future but I just do not understand modding and any computery stuff :(
