[MAP] FLAT WORLD for minetest 4.7

I noticed that some people wanted a completely flat map so here it is! Well its not completely flat but its very flat no large hills just caves, lakes and small holes in the ground. Most of the map is a forest or plain biome there is also a dessert biome close to the spawn.

Have fun making whatever!

PLEASE DO THE POLL!

Possibility But I have not seen any. However I know there is one pretty big lake somewhere in the world.

No offense, but couldn't someone just make a superflat world on Minetest anyway? Good idea though.

Yes, that's how I made this one but the reason why I made this is for new people who don't know how to edit the minetest.conf or for lazy players who don't feel like doing it.

And Thanks Dan Duncombe

You want people to download a whole map instead of explaining how they can do it themselves? Thats nonsense.

well, honestly i like the map, thankyou. And minetest wasnt really made for like 50 year olds allowing people to download the map saves confusion for 7 or 8 year olds or anyone who doesnt know how to do this. Thank You for this map. =D

if u want to change the map flags to flat, open the
"minetest.conf.example " file and goto line #329, then change
"#mg_flags = trees, caves, v6_biome_blend" to "mg_flags = flat"

Umm... Minetest completly ignores minetest.conf.example

oh then how do you do it?

Open Minetest.conf, and see if the line mg_flags = 'there will be something here, eg, caves, or trees, maybe jungles' is present (without the bit in quotes). If it is not there, add it. It should then say:
mg_flags = flat, blah blah blah

If you are 7 or 8 you shouldn't be playing on the computer you should be outside playing with friends.

Um my 5 year old cousin plays minetest on the computer all the time. And if its storming outside you should not be playing no mater your age. ( Not trying to be a jerk or anything just pointing out some facts. )

You put this map folder in the "worlds" folder. No need to rename or anything.
