It's a small amusement park with a roller coaster, boats, a swimming pool, a helicopter and so on. Somehow this map doesn't get along with my installed mesecons however. The helicopter is completely white and untextured for me.

Disabled all mods and got this park:

A pool - cool :)

EDIT: I know, all required mods would be in the .rar file too, but the lazyness was too big.
