Hello! I really like this map, it give a pretty good challenge. I added the Mobs redo when I play so the sand monsters spawn and make it even more tricky. I will post a link to the videos I am recording of in-game progress as they go.

NOTE: I created all of this without the use of fly, I wanted to create a tricky challenge, the shots are taken from another login so the original wouldn't have privs.

We are almost there!
I just have to re-arrange the farm to make those goals final, but since I have harvested a few times over, we should be good.
Things to do:
Mine the sand-sandstone-Sandstone bricks
Build freestyle tower
Finish planting the cactus (Already quite a few growing already)

I must say it was a fun challenge by adding the mobs to this, it had to really keep me on my toes!

I think, I should add hunger. How about that?

I can not wait to see the tower.

Hmmm, good question... I think it would make it too hard, as the amount of food gained per hour isn't quite enough and the random spawn of animals is really hit or miss.

I can not wait to see the tower.
NEXT!
Today at lunch I completed the mining of sand blocks, have about 1000 or so. Next video will show the past two days progress, just planting/harvesting, replanting/harvesting, digging/building.

All that is left is to craft the sandstone and desert bricks so that we can build a tower!

Thanks again for this map, it was a fun challenge!!

Freestyle tower is done!

I used one lava source and a ton of water to make this. Took a few hours to babysit undrained nodes and wait for gravity to move the liquids. Gives me a new idea on how to make a new house.

Very nice. It might be a great cobble source for cobble houses and 1x1 pillars.

That sounds like a good idea.
