I have 03/26/2012, I have a client built on 03/27 and then built the server on the 28th and it gave me the same message, he must have made a major change within the past 3 days.

Names, images, added bottom texture (instead of above texture), inventory textures and this line:

I only create textures, the code is yours :) I think about few versions of bed:

Your bed with recipe:
wood, wood, wood
stick, none, stick

my papyrus bed:
papyrus, papyrus, papyrus
stick, none, stick

marriage bed (?)
wool, wool, wool
stick, none, stick

This can be fun.

I didn't write the sleep function. I just made the bed,and on_place. A guy wrote the sleeping.init and I did the rest.

It uses chest like to look like beds, any other way and it wont.

And I think alpha=* option that they use for water changes the whole block or just the side. But I was thinking if I used drawtype= allfaces optional like leaves it would work but then it tiles one image on all sides.

I downloaded this and on the minetest-0.4.dev-20120606-win32 the bed mod works but i'm starting to use minetest-0.4.dev-20120606-c57e508-win32 and this one will not let the bed mod work so i need some help. becouse I wan't to use the bed to go to sleep. That's the only problem I have with it I can build and place the bed but not sleep on it.

I still can't get it to work. A notice appears "Single player added to bed at [coordinates]." I've waited several minutes without anything happening. I've restarted the game multiple times; if reloading is different than restarting, let me know.

hey i installed it right but when i use the /giveme command for it it says -!- error cannot give empty item

I believe it can be crafted.

[empty] [empty] [empty]

[planks] [planks] [planks]

[stick] [empty] [stick]

Or since you requested the /giveme, I checked and this works even though the bed still will not set to dawn. You can stand on the bed and *pretend* to use it by typing /time 5000

/giveme beds:blue
