Save and teleport to locations using names instead of coordinates

Also, the privilege for setting warps should be "setwarp", and "warp" to be allowed to use /warp. ;)

I think "go" is great. It makes sense to me. I want to go somewhere and the command takes me there and with a minimal amount of typing. Elegant simplicity.

if you bookmark a place "cityhall"

then /go cityhall makes perfect sense, and like he said, it's two characters shorter than "warp". Despite being a fan, not everyone's familiar with star trek and all its technobabble.

im also a little surprised, as a moderator, that you had time to post the same suggestion as last time, but not to move my thread to Releases :-/ I have 3 requests in Topic move pending approval, plus a much older request that was never treated and is now out of date. Im beginning to think Celeron needs more moderators.

Great mod! This makes it so much easier to travel between city’s.

Why not name them beam instead of warp?

Please expand on the description, tweak the subject to match the forum's requirement (something like "[Mod] Bookmarks [bookmarks]" is sufficient), and also indicate to what parts the license applies. Also add a list of what this mod depends on.

Dude, don't bite the hand that feeds you. :) If you think writing mods is a thankless job, try being a moderator. Plus I think Vanessa will make a really good moderator and help keep things moving forward. I should talk, I give moderators sass myself. ;)

Technically, I, along with every other modder, are the ones feeding the community in content. They should be making it easier for us, not harder to submit content.

But if you're sensing some mod animosity, it has nothing do w/ vanessa. Look further up the thread ;-)

Either way im done modding, it's no fun anymore, becoming too regimented.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To be honest yours and VanessaE's mods are my favorite mods. It can get boring building stuff out of cobble and wood. The sky is the limit with Madblocks, HomeDecor, and 3d Forniture! You guys are the ones making Minetest FUN! And your bookmark mod is awesome too! I just created a home server that we are building on and I can't imagine what it would be like without your mods. I was going to recommend that you be made a moderator as well, but I wasn't sure if that's what you wanted. You're probably the most creative contributor to Minetest and I and I'm sure a lot of others would be sad to see you stop writing mods.
