This adds more uses to dirt. The new blocks are for decoration, fences, ladders, and a furnace in the last block. You will always have a bunch of dirt, but never used it for nothing important and now you can.
License: WTFPL for all the lua codes.

The leftest block is a furnace.
Version .2 has tools, that version .1 does not.
Version .3 has chests
Version .4 just increased the output of dirt cobblestone, and fixed textures a little :D

This is dirt blocks. That makes dirt brick.

The blocks are dirt bricks. This makes a Dirt Brick Fence.

Version .3 add chests with normal chest size, but they are harder to break because they are made of dirt stone.:)

Cool, though I'd rename it some like Terracotta (though that's technically clay) or "Earthen" cause it sounds better than just "Dirt"

Updated to version .3.

Have a bug, if you downloaded version .3, then downloaded the new link. The bug is that the furnace and the chest conflict each other.

The mod's code is under WTFPL, and the textures are under CC BY-SA, so, yes, you can (you must however keep the textures under the same license if you release them).

Version .4 came out, this is just a minor release for now :)

While I don't exactly maintain this mod, I'm just letting folks know I still have a repo of it at https://github.com/VanessaE/usesdirt where I've pushed a few changes just to keep it up to date for my game.

Wonderful idea and mod. However, I request 16x16 textures to fit in with the game.

Someone should make new textures to replace the horrible high resolution ones. Also, it seems that the furnace lets you see through the ground
