[Mod] falling attached nodes & autoplant [no_itemdrop]

Attached nodes don't drop as items, they just fall down (like sand, gravel). Also includes an updated and bugfix version of autoplant. And fullinventory by 0gb.us.

Sorry I no longer update this. It is to complicated to do these changes to the game with a mod. All the functionality is now included in nodetest (which is an alternate subgame like the standard minetest_game) and maintained there.
