Oh cool. Finally there's the long-awaited 12th (official) fork of Minetest!
Could you please add a list of what's better in this fork than in the regular Minetest game?

I think what Krock means is, would this be better as a subgame, rather than called a "fork"?
If your game adds mods to be different, then those mods could be released as mods, and the game itself as a subgame.
An actual "fork" would show some unique features to the core / engine itself..., something not yet achieved in Minetest, which could also be sent upstream and shared.
Just a thought.

Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/zzqpt ... v1.0.0.zip
Official Website: http://voxelstudios.blogspot.com/
NOTE: Will be made a subgame soon

I downloaded this zip file and it contains Software that is licensed under the GPL license.

According to the license, you are required to provide me with all the source code of all the components of the software that are covered by the GPL software.

I can see that the ZIP file contains a file called "The Voxel Box.exe", and this is a modified version of the program "Minetest".

I could *not* find the *sources* for "The Voxel Box.exe" on your download website. This is a violation of the GPL license that Minetest is distributed under. You can not distribute minetest binaries without also *yourself* distribute the source code. You must also provide the source code used, yourself, on your own website to comply, or otherwise provide another way for anyone who downloaded the software to get a copy of the source code.

I am working on uploading everything to GitHub.

You should also, at a minimum, provide the following:

- a list of mods that you packaged, and their licenses
- licenses for all the components used

I couldn't get GitHub or GitLab to work. GitLab wouldn't accept my SSH keys, and GitHub will only take 100 files at a time. So I will work on GitHub later, but for now I am doing what Gibucsoft did and uploading everything into a zip labeled "The Voxel Box SRC"
