unite and minimal minetest_game

The game mode "minimal" is a positive point of minetest it is guaranteed that works on any computer.
It would be wonderful if we can unite both. In server mode "minetest_game" players can connect in "minimal"

Umm.....
If the minimal game mode works on your computer minetest_game will work too.
If you connect to a server your client gets sent the block and item definitions from the server.
-> Your client cannot "use" minimal while the server uses minetest_game, also your client doesn't even know how the game is named on the server

Not c++, because that's why the the lua api was created. Yes, it would be faster, but it isn't happening. If you want that, try minetest-classic.
