Today, I added blueprints:

Blueprints are meant to make the crafting for special/technical items more interesting.
I also repainted the stone texture, it looks nice now :)

I added color codes for blueprints:

  • blue : technic
  • post your ideas :)

I also repainted the basalt texture and the torch texture!

Today, I decided to recreate the village mod. The lua mapgen code was very slow and it was hard to create nice villages.
In the new version, I will use schematics, so I can build every house with much detail!

Today, I added iron/copper/gold blocks and steel frames.
I also added a way to get blueprints - if you right click with an empty blueprint, you will get a random blueprint!

Small list with the changes:
  • added walking/sit animation for the wolf/dog
  • added animation support to the pet api
  • changed some class specific weapons
  • updated class specific items/weapons/tools api
  • add helm
  • added README.md
I am going to work on:
  • add more cmds to the story mod
  • add animations to the other animals
  • improve villages mod

I am working on the story now!
You can try it out. Just spawn a village in creative (the block with the GEN... text) and type /restart_story
Its very WIP, yet, but if you want to help me just create some pull requests :)

The story scripting lang has more cmds now!
You can use

Today, I repainted the gravel texture and added coal blocks.
You can craft glowing coal blocks from coal blocks and you can use them blocks instead of lava for furnaces.
There is also a new tool, the flint pick. The flint pick is a bit like the stone pick in mt.

Sounds good to me :D I really loved how easy it was to generate buildings, that was my favorite part. I wasn't quite sure how to start the story or quests but I of course realize it is a WIP and I'm excited to see what the future holds :)

1. The building thing is not a real part of the game, its just for admins to play with it :)
2. You can start a quest by right clicking a human/villager, they dont spawn naturally yet, so you need to spawn them using a spawn egg.

You to start a story/quest you just need to rightclick a villager.

Today I added some monsters and I updated the monster/mob api :)
I also added some "life" to the villagers.

Today and Yesterday, I was working on some skills! Yesterday I created a simple api for the skills and today I created some skills for the thief and for the farmer class. The thief has 2 skills :
  • lift
  • super jump
  • post your ideas
The farmer has only one, yet:
  • heal
  • post your ideas
Skills will cost energy.
You can see the stats of a skill on its description:

You can find skill books (and blueprints) in treasure chests. If you use a skill book you will get a random skill!

Today I added energy! You need energy to use skills. Every skill costs energy.
The energy is shown above the hotbar:

If your energy is full, you wont see the energy bar.
