Search youre system for files named "map.sqlite"

Study what folders these are in. One folder name should have the name you gave to the world.

Copy the complete folder of that name into your current minetest/worlds/ folder.

This will only work if you have not deleted everything minetest related to make place for a new clean installation.
Depending on the way you installed Minetest the world files may be in the worlds folder parallel to Minetest/bin/
or in some system folder begining with .minetest/ (note the dot) or in whatever other place your setup pleases to use to irritade you.

Please take note that your world is not a single file but rather a set of files in a folder with the name of your world.

No, you need to copy the folder that contains map.sqlite to your new minetest version.

Where do I download?

You don't need to, it's part of minetest now. On a desk/laptop use the function key F7 to switch between the views.
