The title says "modders", which is a term for Lua programming but you seem to be looking for core (C/C++) programmers. Or is it both? Upload it on GitHub and the users will write issues and (with some luck) pulls for you.

I had mentioned to you, that it may be best for now to release this as a subgame. And then as you become more experienced and able to make changes to something in the core/engine, then you would be able to start moving it off into an official fork.
If you release as a subgame, you may eventually be able to gain some interest from others who would be able to help you. But you first need to dig into learning.
I am not trying to sound mean but, you cannot simply take other people's hard work, add a mod which someone else also made and then paste it all over gaming sights as something "you created".
You need to slow down a little. There are many people here you can learn a lot from, but you need to slow down and take the time to learn
Flick?... Flick who?
