How do i post something on a page thats not my topic beacause i would like to ask for build priverliges on a server page i clicked post reply but i didn't do anything beacause i was afraid i was going mess up somebody's post if i typed something in and clicked post reply & i dont think i want to do that.

um i have another question say if someone had a post with my post in there post in a white box saying Josh said then it shows my post then down the bottom it shows what the person who posted my post in there post said in there post. How do i do that do i press quote or something?

Yes, if you press the 'quote-button' you'll see it. Just try.
