by jojoa1997 » Thu Jan 17, 2013 04:01

Is there a way to find out what is how rare. If anyone knows of a way to easily find out could they tell me. Also if there is a list already made could you give me a link or post it here.

Items are the things you carry around and put into chests. I guess you what to know how rare certain nodes are that naturally occur (e.g. iron).

I never calculated it, but I suppose that in vanilla, cacti, clay, dry shrub and papyrus are the rarest nodes. They only appear in 1 layer, but don't form a layer themself. Closely followed by dirt, desert sand and normal sand, appearing in only a few layers.

Items using those materials are automatically more rare.

Edit: my typo's are common.
