Thank you.

Thank you to everyone involved in the Minetest project. You have produced something truly wonderful.

Minetest reminds me of the old classic NetHack. Not just because it's portable and playable on almost anything but because the scripts are so beautifully laid out and maintained. You can easily reconfigure this game to be almost whatever you want it to be, and for a lot of us the scripting is as much of a game as the game itself. I haven't had this many late nights in decades.

Thank you once again.

Cheers,

Andrew.

Great thread idea. Too often feedback is related to issues.
I'm jumping on this one to express my gratitude. Thanks to all involved.

we get a thread like this every once in a while. Still, it is kinda good for the devs to hear this, especially since they get infinite gripes aimed at them.

Once again, I will say thank you, devs and mod authors. (and subgame authors. Thank you, Jordach XD)

I agree. My kids love this game. I love this game for the modding and possibilities.

My only wish is for more documentation for learning how to mod it. Who knows if someday I become a Minetest modding/scripting guru, I could create some tutorials.

Thanks to everybody!
But more to the people that listen to the players and put that things in the game.

I want to add my thanks to the core developers, and the subgame and mod developers. Minetest has captured my time and imagination like no other game has in a very long time.
