Is it possible to copy an structure like a tree or a house and save separately of the world to send to another ?

Search for the mod Worldedit in the Minetest forums. It will do the job nicely.
It's a very powerful tool for many more things then backing up items.

I`m new in that building thing on minetest.
I`m building a city and some parts (streets and ladders the most) repeat and be so tedious work in this.

I`m steel getting experience with WorldEdit, but cannot find the way to copy and paste.
I can save a region and load, but the copy and paste instructions are not available.
Sorry for my inexperience and my english !
Some lifeguard from somebody with experience ... ?

Save and load is the way to it, there is no copy and paste as such.

Like RubenWardy said use save and load
select your area
type //save <filename>
then when you are ready to place it make sure your yaw is 0 or very close to it.
when you load it will load out and to the right.
set position 1 and type load <filename>
you can save as many files as you want
