hey,
#in minecraft, tghe deeper you get, the matreial changes. SO if i want gold i need to dig deep.

Is it like that here? Im digging really deep and am deciding to open my mine-structure there. But only if my chances of getting good stuff is bugger than shortly underneath the ground :D

Thanks For ansers

The rare ore (mese) is more common the deeper you go. In 0.4, I'm not too sure if the same applies for iron

I've seen mese just under the surface. So it really all depends.

MESE can be found at any depth, but the deeper you go the more MESE there is (Y = -1000 gives a good amount of MESE if you are playing legitimately).

If you have access to the /teleport command then you could use to get very deep (it's near the limit of the map, being -30976):
/teleport 0,-30500,0
