FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hello everyone! I must admit, it's good to be back on the forum. :)

I recently started working a video tutorial series for making mods. I haven't seen anything like this and I'm hoping it will be useful to those who are just getting started. This first introduction video isn't that great because I did it on the fly. I'm thinking I may script the next one.

Anyhow, I'd be interested in any critique you guys might have.

A small critique:

1: there's a massive pause at the beginning, you should start talking (or doing) within the first few seconds.
2: you can assume viewers have Minetest installed.
3: your voice is really quiet :P

Viewers get bored really quickly, it's important in videos to keep the pace up. They can pause the video if they want to do something.

Thanks for the critique! I definitely see what you are saying and I'll be sure to keep that all in mind going forward.

With regards to the audio, I was wearing headphones when editing so I didn't realize how quiet it was. I'm off to fix that now.

You may not have seen it, but I've been doing these for a while :)
More is always better though, and I'm going to be stopping shortly as I've shown nearly everything I know.
