I was wondering (hear me out on this) would it be possible to create a resource pack of MineTest's textures and sounds to Minecraft?

Sure it's possible. It's just textures and sounds. But you have to find someone who knows a thing or two about MC's resource pack creation.
And credits to the Minetest texture and sounds creators must be given. And the resource pack license must be compatible to the textures and sounds from Minetest.

Might just be easier to play Minetest instead. :P
