I would like to speak with you. Can you please join me on IRC, #ghostsclan on freenode? I could really use some pointers. I have been making something very similar but way way stripped down. Don't be affraid to share code with me, I ALWAYS give credit where credit is due. Please come help me out. I only need a little bit of help with the chat part.

You should leave a message on that repo (issues tab.)

If you go to/get Xchat IRC then look in the servers list for (Ubuntu servers) connect then a box should pop up with a "#" in, Type #Minetest but if the "#" is still there you can delete one. Once you are in there you can talk to the Minetest developers.

Samson1, I know all about #minetest, I'm there lurking on a regular basis. The problem is, this guy/girl isn't a Minetest developer, they're a mod creator. I thought that they would see this since they make mods for this game.
