Is there a way to adjust the mouse sensitivity or camera speed?

mouse_sensitivity in minetest.conf will do the trick.

Thank you everamzah, now the game is actually playable for me.

That line wasn't in my conf file, but adding it in worked great. It would be awesome if the devs could add a setting in game to change the sensitivity though.
