I have so many people who want my new server who can be my free host ?

Isn't switchboard hosting your server?

If you're a student, then you can get $50 of free digital ocean credits from github.

That's enough for 5 months of a 1gb memory server.

Before yes , but then Switchboard has changed the rules and put other admin, now it' s no longer my server

Unfortunately it costs money to host a server. Any free ones you get will either be terrible, or someone else will be paying the cost for you. Things cost money, you need to except that.

Given that you've given no information about what your server is, and why someone should host your server for you, you don't have much chance. There are 150 servers on the serverlist, your server will need to stand out somehow.

Let's take a look at your situation.

- You're savvy enough to know about the Minetest project.
- You have internet access, evidenced by the fact that you're posting here.

Either use a VM on your machine or go dumpster diving for a free computer. It really doesn't take much to run a Minetest server. Slap a headless Linux installation on that thing and start up a dedicated MT instance. BAM free server.

That's how got my server.

I decided to leave the server project almost all of my users have abandoned me

i don't know, some host services aren't so expensive, in really you don't have 5 dollars for month to pay a host service?

There are many people who would still have my server , but I only have time to set it up and put it online , I'd like that someone ' more help in some way .
