Since this (is the best place for it to go right now.) thread i9s for mainly me to release shiz under the WTFPL license and allow users of Minetest to be able to use my sounds, in their own projects, such as Jeija's music block.

You may find ones that might be too good and may dissapear forever.
If it has been updated then again, sometimes a archive will be made. However this won't be updated until 25 new sounds get added.
