FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hey everyone! I just started playing Minetest this week. Joined a few servers but only two servers got my interest to stay, Capture the Flag (Guns!) and Xanadu.

I have previously played Classic Minecraft and Manic Digger. Have a creative server myself on Manic Digger for a while before shutting it down due to low players rate. Would like to host a Minetest server when I learnt more. I mostly play on Xanadu.

Too bad, my computer processor is too slow to record Minetest gameplay footage. If I could record (with permission) I would definitely upload it to my Youtube channel which have about 150 legit (build up in 4 years). No worries, as soon as I get a better computer, I will try to promote Minetest! :)

Anyone welcome me?

Yes. Kinda weird when I see that the server thread was started in early 2014 and the spawn is still in the building phrase today. I think I am in the town you mentioned. I remember seeing your name on the town administrators list signboard (firefox, not Red_Fox though).

Haha. My computer is five years old here with only integrated graphic card. :).

i mean the town at the beach down the mountain at the mithril teleport.
it's made of cobble and everything is cube shaped -.-
there was a sign stating "Dirtblock City", but there isn't a single block of dirt in this city...

i have no idea who firefox is, i used firefox as username until i came to the server for the first time.
the name wasn't availbe, so ever since then i was Red_Fox. im only firefox in the forum because i registered long before playing on the server.

Yes. I am part of the Dirtblock town. I checked the sign again and one of the manger in-game name is 'firefox3'. I thought it was you but ... it don't seem like you are. I hope to see Red_Fox in the game soon. :).
