Hi, is it possible to add more shadow under trees? I think it would look better if it is darker in deep forests.

I'm going to make rainforest denser and darker.
Other than tree vertical thickness and placement density, that's just how the lighting system works, each leaf block reduces light level by 1, which is not much, also light spreads sideways from vertical shafts of daylight.

And reducing light per block by 2 would be too much, I guess. Is floating point supported by the light value? I'm affraid it's not

You need to modify the strength of the shadow of a block, exactly the number, but i don't know how to do that yet...

Biome_lib/undergrowth adds nodes that look more like dirt than grass below trees. That also turns forrests and trees into a more impressive sight, regardless of the actual lighting.
