FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

If you had to choose the perfect game play options and what you wanted all in 1 server, what would it be? Such as survival, or creative, pvp and damage or not. Please be descriptive and add more than what I have suggested. I would like to know. :)

One idea that has excited me recently is rpgtest / VoxelLegends. I'd love to play on a server with a thriving multiplayer and NPC economy, with procedural quests and swashbuckling. Harder said than done, though. My current task is working on NPCs, but it's rather difficult.
