hi,all. i have edit the signature file in use's panel,but never see it appear from my post. How could i turn on the signature?

User Control Panel > Profile > Edit signature > Write some stuff > Submit

Ahhhhh. I forgot about this setting. Try this:
User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit posting defaults > Attach my signature by default = Yes
