Make water and reviens spawn underground?

Is there any way I can change to Terrain generation code to include water under ground and reviens like minecr*ft? You know when you are mining and there is just a huge ooen cave underground and sometimes there is water in there too is there any way to do that? Mebey and mod of sorts?

You didn't find a cave full of water already? Try using v7 mapgen, might solve the problem.

There are huge lakes underground I tired to strew with sand to eliminate them!
Same for lava.

Mapgen: valleys.

LOL ok I will use v7 mapgen but... for some reason i just get tones and tons of trees on the ground like there are no open spots just trees as far as the view range can see so idk what to do about that

Mgv7 and all non-mgv6 mapgens have large and dense forests, especially if it is a rainforest, a forest biome can occasionally be as large as 1000 nodes. mgv6 is small-scale, the others are more of an adventure, you need to travel.
In non-mgv6 mapgens there are water caves underground, where these meet the tunnels you get underground waterflows.
