howto use my old world

Hi,
I update from 0.4 20120122 to the actual 0.4 20120408.
Is there a way to use my old world with the new version?
If i start the world with the new version i can't interact in this world, what do i wrong ?

Take the UPDATED mods and place them into the game, I really have no idea on this: tip upload the file to www.ompldr.org and tell us the mods required.

mhhh interisting ...
if i start the world without a mod, then i can interact with this world.
so i update the mods by myself, cause i modified some ...

ps: uploud to www.ompldr.org take a long time, so i try to update some of the mods ... and i report later ...

I placed several old worlds in my ~/.minetest/worlds/ folder.
Gave them a name and added a world.mt file to the world.
They all work.

I just imported a world from 20111016 with no problems.

so the old cement mod has made all the trouble,. the World run.

I brought my world from 0.4 20120122 to 0.4 20120408 no problem.
First create a new world in the new version and give it the same name as the world you want to bring over.
Go to the Advanced tab to start the game and exit back out.
Copy and paste the map, map_meta and player files in the world folder from the old version to the new.
That should successfully update your world. Good luck.
