FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

How do you make mods i have tried before they seem to somehow fail all the time... my version is 0.3.1 so no instructions for 0.4 please just 0.3.1 okay.
If you know how please leave a message how to make mods.

Mods are for the 0.4 Development and up, only, there's only patches for 0.3.1/0.3 Development and 0.3 was finished long ago.

oh,ok i am having loads of trouble... i can't get version 0.4 running i have linux ubuntu version 11.10 but i just can't get it running so i guess i can't do mods. :(:(

Until you get 0.4 running, I'm sorry, (I'm on Windows XP Professional Edition so I cannot help you)

ubuntu does so much kernel patching that alot of shit (especially games) don't work as they should (depending on hardware).
