FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hi,

I managed to get the PO file to review the french translation pack yesterday,
but now can't upload this file to launchpad... Timeout error, asking to retry in a few minutes.

it's longing from yesterday so, any problems with launchpad ?

Translations are pretty much dead lately anyway... there's not much to translate, as the node/item tooltips cannot be translated.

Integration and translating the basics core element of things is, i think, somes of better ways to promote an open project.
It's so sad but not all people are able to read, speak or nether understand about foreign languages.
I saw many people miss some useful softwares in their needs, just because the software doesn't fit their native language.
From that, apealling more people is always benefit for a project, as it adds more players, more contributors, finally, more life.

But that's just my two cents opinion of what i think of words like "community" and open.
