Hello Everyone In The Minetest Community
Like some people i have come from minecraft. But i cannot play it anymore.
But it dosen't matter beacause i've got minetest! & i think its awesome this game certainly has great potential i would like to congratulate
Celeron55 on the epic work he is doing Keep up The Good Work Celeron55!
The version of minetest i currently use is 20120606 & its awesome!
So to cut a long story short id just like to say that im excited about working with
this exciting community & playing more minetest!

Welcome to the community, Josh!
If you want to play on a server, I suggest that you go to Menche's server. There are many mods installed, including Mesecons (redstone) and nodeprotection (nodeprotection makes it only possible for people with a special permit to build in a set area). Note that you will have to ask for an account before you can get in the server, this is to keep spammers from making profane spam-accounts and such. You may have to download a nightly build to play on most servers (get it here if you use windows) as support for stairs/slabs was added recently.
You should also beware of people like ''LANDMINE'' and ''ACDC'' and a few other that can not be named, as they are griefers. Kill them on sight if possible, if they are too far away leave it to the moderators to deal with them.
P.S. if you never intend on playing Minecraft again, may I possibly ''have'' your account? I don't want to waste money on an account and all.

About my server, maybe wait a few days? It has been feeling kind of ill lately, crashing every few minutes, I need some time to troubleshoot. I will try to keep it up as much as I can, if you want to try.

& what you said about me giving you a minecraft account if i ever play minecraft again im sorry to say but i donot plan on playing minecraft ever again its just to hard to get it to run on my pc & to expensive. I hope you understand

About my server crashing, I think I've got it figured out now. Should be back up and running later tonight.

No no no what I mean, is, I want to take-control of your account, since you no longer use it. And I heard it only costs one initial bill then it doesn't cost any more - and my PC is ''mid-high'' grade so it will work with Minecraft. The reason I want to have your account is so that it will not cost anyone, and I get to go grief and make Minecraft less-popular, and help Minetest rise to infamy.

Segfault22 i don't have an account i never did i borrowed it off someone & it worked but then stopped

OK, my server may not be up until tomorrow. It will probably undergo a major overhaul, hopefully making it more stable and polished.
