Can it be possible to spleef in minetest?

Theoretically, yes. You just have to build a stadium and invite some players to come play.
Let's just hope that nobody will cheat by activating the free_move mode otherwise they won't fall.

Me and storm built a stadium on celeron's server and played alot of fun matches!

Minetest could even be better for spleef than Minecraft. Spleef declined with MC alpha because you could no longer break blocks instantly. Minetest has mese picks that can do that.

As for the free_move cheating problem, would allowing water to flow over the stadium fix that? Water only slows you down when you don't have free_move on, so it would be easier to see cheaters because they would be moving faster than other players.

Ehh well I don't think we'll have a problem with cheaters. Cheating is no fun, and it seems that most players are pretty modest guys who wouldn't anyways. But I think we can tell because they wouldn't have fallen through.
