That's called Espresso (now replaced by Ubiquity). Good luck using that! Or even making something remotely like that

I install minetest on my server using debian packages, making them is quite easy. Install the 'checkinstall' package, then just compile as usual, then run 'checkinstall make install' at the end. That will make and install a .deb package, with the option of customizing the name, description, etc. of the package. Not sure how to add mods to the package though.

CPack generates the .deb for me ,but i must first chage some things otherwise it would overwrite an existing minetest installation

Are the Mods in mods/minetest for AlwaysCraft?
If so, you must put them in games/alwayscraft/mods
