i can't use the /giveme for items (picks, swords, axes) please help me i am on creative

/giveme of stairs:
Replace MATERIAL with a material, eg. stair_cobble (possible materials are cobble, wood, stone, sandstone, brick).
/giveme of tools (some examples):
(ST stands for "stone")
