The Locking Signs Mod

I've been looking for a thread like this one. I search through the mod releases forum, but each mod having it's own thread makes it a bit confusing and somewhat daunting to traipse through. Sorry, I have no mods of my own to post, but I wanted to show my appreciation for a thread such as this.

What exactly would you call essential? lol.

I think it all depends on what type of game people play. Different mods for different strokes.

People playing survival will obviously like animals, farming
pixel art people will love mods with a wide variety of colors
people who like to build complex machines will want mesecons, pipeworks
people who like to build on a massive scale will prefer mods that offer plenty of materials,
etc.

Mauvebic, I would put pixel artists and builders in the same class, they want the most amount of blocks for colours and materials. My own pixel art can contain other blocks like sand, just for skin tones.

not always. i really more appreciate having different textures, rather than the same textures in a hundred different shades.
