i downloaded the mod from sapier and can you kill anything in the game? i seem to stab everything a hundred times and they still won't die

there's a bug in entity health handling, if you don't wait cooldown of your weapon it won't do any damage to entities. Try hitting once and not holding down mouse button like digging.

DM's and Big Red are really hard to kill, vombies need some hits. You should create a bone swort from vombie bones, its specialy modified to do really LOT of damage so you have a (small) chance to kill a DM after several attempts.

If you need a faster way to kill dm or big red try a bucket of water ;-)

A bow works well, I say. Water buckets are a good strategy.
