i dont like the shadows so i want to remove them i can?

Please explain what shadows you mean. Screenshots would be good, too.

all shadows : under fence... and other like dark shadows

Remove the block above so the sun can shine directly at the block.

You can edit the init.lua of the default mod to add the "sunlight_propagates = true," property to fences (default:fence_wood), saplings (default:sapling) and such.
I know this is not a simple solution, but it works. :)
