Ummm how do I get rid of fire? I was trying to burn down a tree in winter (i have the weather mod thing) and it wouldnt burn, so i just chopped down all the wood and tree leafs but the fire is still there and I dont know how to get rid of it...

Iv'e had this problem too. try breaking it or covering it with water.

I tried covering it in water and breaking it...it doesnt work

Hmm...Well the other thing you could do is delete fire from the default game then ingame it will show up as unknown blocks then get rid of those and put fire back in the default game.

You can remove fire by hand.

But how do I remove it?

You punch it like a normal block.
