I downloaded Minetest Jeija for view the diferences and i look ant it have a Mods Part wheresn let see to you your mods instaled i whant it for minetest c55 ¿Anibody can do it?

I am not completely sure about the meaning of that post.

Jeija's Minetest game is basically Minetest -C55, but with the "Mods" tab added.
I doubt it (the "mods" tab) will be added to the main game, because that is not what Celeron55 wants. (i think)

I made an online mod list that will soon be compatible with Jeija's Mod Manager.

Well, the Jeija's Mod Manager is not really stable enough yet, and some people (not me) think that it is too hard and clunky to use

I propose rubenwardy's modding forum site (I didn't forget it yet) + A .zip-mod-importer for minetest instead. That's more lightweight than my manager (although it works great with linux).
Gonna code that soon I hope.
