Why wouldn't celeron55 make a kickstarter page?

no, it has already been mentioned in an earlier page. It is because the game it open source, and it will not be selling any copies.

Because of this, there are no prizes to give away to sponsors, which renders it pointless.

Celeron55 does have a "Donate" button instead
